The crisis marked in 2015 heavy numbers also in the Piave area district, one of the largest industrial area of Treviso province: 440 fired between Conegliano and Pieve di Soligo, over 200 unemployed immigrants have turned abroad for new job opportunities
The municipality of Pieve di Soligo, as leader of the Alta Marca Trevigiana area and specifically of the Piave district, in order to cope with a situation of great distress linked to employment, with the support of Consulmarc Sviluppo srl, as an employment agency, it supports some local initiatives in public and private participation in the field of Antenna Sviluppo project, also using the Regional funds for work services:
- The opening of an information desk, at the municipality headquarters in Via Battistella, 1, accredited at Veneto Region for the provision of work services, even as Youth corner. The information desk provides information on tools for the reintegration and professional retraining, active policy services and orientation to the labor market. It is thought especially for young people, it provides assistance for the definition of a personalized action plan and accompanying measures and tutoring.
- The launch at the same site of a Youth Guarantee project, presented by Consulmarc Sviluppo and funded by Veneto region under the community initiative Youth Guarantee, involving 17 local young people and aims to train a specialized profile in the activity of commercial promotion ( through the Web and Social Media) of the territory and its products and services: hospitality, events, drivability , accessibility, routes, gastronomy, typical products, services and quality of the territory. The project, currently under construction, provides training interventions, accompanying measure at work and an internship of 4 month to be implemented at the local companies that have joined the project
- The Presentation at Veneto Region of a project by Consulmarc Sviluppo srl for the implementation of measure of active policy ( axis II Social Inclusion) for “ Operator of wine process” with the aim of promote the employability of people from disadvantages social groups (long-term unemployed, over 50, people with difficult family situations), by acquiring valuable skills in the wine sector. It intends at the same time curbing phenomena of illegal or submerged labor. The project , also in this case provides training interventions, accompanying measure and an internship in local companies that have joined the project.
